A little about me

Ever since I was a kid, I’ve been captivated by rocks. I’d roam the schoolyard, filling my backpack with unique finds—much to my mom’s surprise when she discovered my hidden "treasures" weighing it down! But then, I stumbled upon shiny rocks—diamonds, opals, and colourful gemstones—and that’s when my fascination truly took shape.

As the years passed, my love for unique, storied jewellery only grew. I found myself drawn to flea markets, antique shops, and estate sales, hunting for hidden gems with character and history. But more than that, I saw how the right piece of jewellery could make someone light up—how it could carry memories, personality, and timeless elegance.

That’s when the idea struck: why not share this beauty with others? I started curating vintage and one-of-a-kind jewellery, pairing them with high-quality gold chains that add a fresh, modern touch.

What began as a passion soon became a business—proudly based in Canada—dedicated to bringing people jewellery that’s not just pretty, but meaningful. Because in the end, jewellery isn’t just an accessory; it’s a story, a statement, a little piece of magic you wear every day.

Let's talk about jewellery.

What's the difference? Antique, Vintage & Estate

Jewelry lingo can be a bit like a time machine! Antique jewellery is the real old-school treasures—pieces that are 100 years or older, often handcrafted with incredible detail and made to last! Vintage jewellery is a little younger but still fabulous, typically 20 to 99 years old, covering everything from Art Deco glam to retro '40s styles to chunky '80s looks. Then there’s estate jewellery, which simply means pre-loved—it can be antique, vintage, or even modern, as long as it had a previous owner. So whether you love history, retro vibes, or just a great story, there’s a piece of jewellery out there waiting to shine again!

Gold or Gold-Filled?

Gold and gold-filled jewellery may look the same, but there’s a big difference in how they’re made! Solid gold is pure luxury—it’s made entirely of gold (though usually mixed with other metals for strength). Gold-filled jewellery, on the other hand, is like the stylish, budget-friendly cousin. It has a thick layer of real gold pressure-bonded to a base metal, making it more durable and tarnish-resistant than gold-plated jewellery. You get the rich, golden glow without the hefty price tag when the wallet needs a break—now that's what I call a win-win!

Cleaning your jewellery - the safe way!

  • Gentle is key! Use warm water, mild soap (I love blue dawn dish soap), and a soft toothbrush—no harsh chemicals!

  • Skip the soak for some gemstones, especially the porous ones (like opals & pearls). These gems don’t like long baths. A quick dip and gentle wipe will do.

  • Dry with a lint-free cloth to keep your gems shining bright.

  • Gold-Filled Jewellery can be cleaned using the same method, but no soaking!

Treat your jewellery with love, and it’ll sparkle for years to come!

Want to keep your jewellery looking new forever & ever? Follow these 6 golden rules!

  • Last On, First Off! Put jewellery on after makeup, perfume, and lotion—chemicals can dull the shine.

  • Store Smart! Keep jewellery in soft pouches or a lined box to prevent scratches and tangling.

  • Gentle Cleaning Only! Use mild soap, warm water, and a soft cloth—avoid harsh chemicals or rough scrubbing.

  • Sleep Well! Take off jewellery when going to bed, especially fancy chains cause these can get tangled and kink! Once a chain is kinked, there's sometimes no coming back!

  • No Gym, No Swim! Take jewellery off before workouts, swimming, or showering to prevent damage.

  • Check It! Inspect regularly for loose stones or worn clasps—better safe than sorry!
