Shipping policy

Domestic (Canada):

All items are shipped with Canada Post Expedited Mail. There are four options to choose from depending how much insurance you'd like to add to the package in case of loss or damage. Gem du Jour is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

USA/International:

All items are shipped with Canada Post/USPS (USA) or Canada Post/Your Country's National Mail provider. Please note that USA/International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply upon delivery. Gem du Jour is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
